Angelou Deshun Johnson is the heart and vision behind LeadHer Well, a boutique practice devoted to helping women lead better lives mentally, emotionally, and purposefully. As a licensed professional counselor-supervisor, executive leader, and speaker, Angelou brings over a decade of experience in mental health, leadership, and personal development to the women she serves.


Her work bridges the worlds of clinical expertise and compassionate leadership, helping women heal from life’s pressures while stepping boldly into their purpose. Through counseling, supervision, and leadership coaching, Angelou equips women to care for their mental and emotional wellness while developing the confidence and clarity to lead well in every area of life.
